About Bridge with Bell
Bridge with Bell is a minority, women-owned business that was started in 2021 by Tiffany Bell, Ph.D. This company is the brainchild of Tiffany’s passion for intercultural communication, empathy, and leadership. She wanted to bridge the gap between intellectual pursuits and practical everyday life.
About the Founder
Tiffany Bell, Ph.D is a subject matter expert in critical intercultural communication. She has designed and delivered several workshops, training, courses, and classes that grapple with effective communication, ethnocentrism, intercultural adaptation, conflict management, microaggressions, unconscious bias, empathy in leadership, and media literacy. She has worked with various organizations throughout her career: the Chinese Ministry of Education, Los Angeles Urban League, National Communication Association, Michigan City Police Department, Indiana University Department of African American Studies, Chicago School of Professional Psychology, GMR Marketing, and National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. She is also an active participant in the Sigma Gamma Rho sorority incorporated.
Other ways that Tiffany helps build community is through her philanthropic efforts and service to Valparaiso University and the greater Chicagoland area.
